For my first art post I give you the completed Crooked Folk album cover. This project was for my cousin's well deserved indie band. I used a variety of mixed media on watercolor paper for this cover. Media included Earl Grey tea wash, Derwent Inktense pencils, and ink. I'm proud of the outcome.
Oh man, love the Ralph Steadman influence on the lettering. Awesome idea to use tea as a wash. Your blog is already cooler than mine.
